Bring the information together
Collect requests and records from email, documents and systems, so staff can find the information they need in one place.
We work across industries by getting close to your operations.
We connect your team's experience and decision rules to AI, so it can prepare the documents and next steps your business needs.
01 / How work changes
Company materials and decision rules help prepare documents and tasks for review. AI and connected systems handle document generation and data collection, while staff focus on agreeing conditions and making important decisions.

Collect requests and records from email, documents and systems, so staff can find the information they need in one place.

Connect past outputs with company rules, preserving the references and reasoning that can be used again.

Provide documents, editable files, changes and task lists that staff can review, revise and use with customers.

Generate documents and collect and organize reservations through connected systems. Staff handle exceptions and approvals.
02 / Our work
Document preparation, reservation management and staff agents for a travel operator, plus unmanned facilities in Japan. Explore the actual systems and outputs.
Travel / Document workflows
Connect the customer's requirements with company materials to prepare itinerary and quotation drafts, with revisions kept under each trip

Travel / Reservation operations
Bring reservation collection, change review and service arrangements into one operational view, instead of moving between separate sales channels

Travel / Staff agent
Using personal memory and saved working methods, the agent prepares tasks in the background. Staff review the trip briefing and next actions when they need them

Leisure / Japan
We built and sold reservation, kiosk, membership and ERP systems for unmanned golf practice facilities in Japan. The facilities also provide AI swing analysis and lesson feedback

03 / How we work
We review the knowledge in documents, systems and staff experience together, connect it to company rules and apply it in daily work. What changes in practice guides the next step.
Identify the knowledge in documents, system records and staff experience. Review where people repeatedly look up or explain information, then choose the first workflow and the baseline to compare.
Organize company terms, relationships between materials and decision rules with their sources. Connect them for reuse in the workflow and agree who keeps the information current.
Build the interface and system connections for the first workflow. Staff review documents and action lists with representative data, then address missing conditions and exceptions.

Compare the work against agreed measures such as processing time, rework, omissions and operating cost. Manage the records gathered during use and decide together whether to expand.
